Just follow these 3 easy steps to learn how to book your ticket to Perhentian online.
Fill Up the Reservation Form
- Please enter the personal details [name as it appears in your Identity Card (Malaysians) or Passport] in the corresponding text boxes. This compulsory and important to identify and generate your booking id.
- Fill up your trip details. Choose your trip type, return or one way. Click in the corresponding circle.
- Select the departure date, which is the date you will leave mainland to Perhentian Island. Return date are not required, because normally OPEN TICKET or OPEN DATE VOUCHER will be issued to you in order to make you easy to plan your vacation.
- Select the number of guests and children. Note that, 50% off will be given to child ticket.
- For information on group rate for 12 or more guests, please Contact Us on Perhentian Trans Holiday.
- Lastly, please feel free to tell us the kind of your trip. So that, it easy for us to manage your needs and wants. Anyway, it is not compulsory and you can skip this step.
- To complete your booking, don't forget to click "BOOK NOW" button for submission.
Check Your E-mail a Day After Submitted
- Our system will analyse your reservation order and come out with online booking price rate. Travel Voucher will be issued to you and the system will sent it over through your e-mail.
- The travel voucher is not valid to be use as a trip ticket. Please print out the voucher had we emailed to you and bring it along to Kuala Besut Office (the place were your journey to paradise are started). It is important to ensure that our connection is there.
Exchange Your Travel Voucher to Trip Ticket
- Please show your voucher to anybody in Kuala Besut such as taxi driver, then they will show you our office (as we said, connection is there, so that you don't lose).
- Here, we will assist, advice and suggest you with the suitable place to stay in the island. Anyway, u can make your own choice or ask us to manage it. All the payment should be paid upon arrival. Once the payment has been processed, we will issue a trip ticket to Perhentian Island based on your travel voucher.
